Do you have a passion for Care? We are looking to recruit experienced Senior Care Assistants to join our established care complex in Hindhead

We are a leader in the luxury care home market, offering the best to our clients and we are looking for exceptional individuals to join our brand new care team.

Salary: £10 - £12 per hour DOE

Shift Patterns:
7.45am -8.15pm
7.45 am - 2.15pm
1.45pm - 8.15pm

About the role.
We are looking for a Senior Care Assistants to promote and deliver person-centred care within our care philosophy.

The Senior Care Assistants will work within a team ethos with the resident's choices, dignity, independence and personal safety being at the core of all care and support activity.

Specific duties and responsibilities are, but not limited to;

Providing direct care to residents involving, washing, assistance with dressing, help with mobility and support with food and fluid intake.

Being aware and participating in the development of resident Care Plans and having full awareness of any specialist support needs.

Providing on-going support for the residents, their family and the Care Services Team.

Support residents to create a homely environment in their apartments, assisting with organizing their environment to promote wellbeing and independence.

About you.
We are looking for motivated, pro-active individuals who are persistently striving for excellence.

Although we don't require someone with any direct qualifications, the following attributes would be desirable:

Ability to communicate well, both written and verbally
A flexible and pro-active individual able to work in a team.
NVQ Level 2 and or level 3 in Health and Social Care
Ability to organise and prioritise workload under pressure
Medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities
A passionate individual ready to develop and learn new skills in order to progress in your role.
