Job Description

Deputy Clinical Manager

Valid NMC PIN required

(Needs to be a RGN or RMN with previous trouble shooting expertise)

(Must of worked in a care home and dealt with CQC)

Up to £47,000 based on a 40 hour contract per week

(36 hours per week up to £37,908) - Dependent on skills, capability and experience.

Overview of the role:

  • Strong Leadership and Managment skills.
  • General Nursing experience is required as they may be required to carry out a shifts where required.
  • Required to be flexible with the ability to work weekends and the odd night to support nurses and in turn with the Senior Management Team, be 'On call' one in every 3rd weekend, including a monthly night visit.

  • NMC Registered
  • Preferably a Unit Manager, Deputy Manager or a RGN who is on the progression route to become a lead - NVQ Level 5 or above.
