Job Description

We are recruiting an Interim Sous Chef for one of luxury care homes in Reigate, Marlow and Brentwood.

All mileage will be covered a good rate.

The salary for our Interim Sous Chef is £27,000 - £34,000 per annum DOE, it will be on a contract of 1 - 6 months. This is an exciting opportunity with an immediate start so you must have an enhanced DBS. .

You will be covering the 3 homes in the areas as mentioned so you must be able drive and own your own vehicle.
The InterimSous Chef manages food production within the care home, ensuring that high standards and high customer satisfaction is delivered.
The Interim Sous Chef is to ensure that all kitchen services are efficient and that the required Health & Safety measures are in place and adhered to within the department. The Sous Chef must ensure that all food presentation meets high standards at all times and also meets the customer needs.

The Interim Sous chef will ensure mealtimes are a highlight of our residents' days by ordering, preparing and serving appetising freshly produced food, whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. Key to your success in this role will be your experience of budgets within the food industry, along with the ability to build a strong team spirit in the kitchen. It would be desirable but not essential if our Interim Sous Chef had experience in a care environment
but not essential, along with good IT skills. This is a full time role.
