Sous Chef

Up to £28,000 per annum.

Our Client is looking for Sous Chef to be part of a ambitious, enthusiastic and hard working team. This position presents a great working environment, working with fresh food daily and offers you an opportunity to continue to develop and learn though the role allowing you to progress your career.

Our client is offering an attractive salary package with long term career prospects. (The salary will be based on your relevant experience.)

Experiance as a Sous Chef and Management is required as our client prides them self on their fine dining experiance.

The successful Head Chef will have:

  • At least 2 years as a Sous Chef
  • A background in a hotel kitchen or similar
  • Creative talent with fresh ingredients
  • Excellent managements skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
